I love the business of real estate and all of the amazing people I get to help with buying and selling homes. I appreciate all the new friends I have made along this journey.

I have been successfully selling homes for OVER 30 years! I started my own company, Turning Point Real Estate, the day after the millennial changed in 2000. That was crazy because we were all worried about the "Y2K Bug" the night before. Haha!! I have trained over 40 agents the business and my company has sold thousands of homes during that time. I have since stepped back mostly as a solo agent to focus strictly on MY CLIENTS.

Over these decades, I have acquired some fun and some pretty crazy stories that I occasionally like to share with clients while we work together. I try to make the process fun while fiercely protecting and advocating for YOU! Informing and advising throughout based on the wealth of experience I've garnered. It is a combination that creates TRUST and a WINNING EDGE. You will know right away that I have your back and your best interests in mind all of the time. We will make informed decisions along the way.

I immerse myself into what your wants and needs are to degree that it feels like they are my wants and needs as well. I put myself in your shoes. Selling a home is NEVER just about the commission. The money will come. It is IMPERATIVE that we get you THE RIGHT HOUSE or THE RIGHT DEAL.

I have sold homes from $20,000 to Multi-Million dollar luxury homes. I have sold first time Buyers & Sellers homes, as well as to Clients that have bought and sold 20+ homes from me. I've sold anywhere from new construction to century old homes. I have sold homes all over the state of Colorado although my primary focus is the Denver Metro area and Surrounding Cities.

My clients have included numerous professional athletes, executives, investors, and relocation companies. I have helped design homes for Builders where we've bought old homes and scraped them to build something entirely new. I have personally remodeled more than 10 homes myself and often help clients with remodel suggestions to get top dollar for their homes. I love discussing opportunities that might make you more money and/or lead to a faster sale.

I understand construction, inspections, financing, neighborhoods, builders, soils, remodel spatial ideas, investment opportunities, negotiation, emotions, and marketing. Amongst many other things.

On a personal note... I love kids, including my 2 grown-up kids. I love sports... especially baseball. I love the local sports teams like the Rockies, Broncos, Nuggets and Avalanche. I enjoy following my alma mater Colorado State University but support the success of all schools in Colorado. I've coached youth sports in baseball and football for years although I no longer do that. I enjoy friends, family, adventures, and trying to find humor and making people laugh where I can.
